Once the order is completed and paid from the online store, the package will be sent within 1 to 3 business days with a tracking number for Canadian orders.
International order
Once the order is completed and paid from the online store, the package will be sent within 10 to 21 working days with a tracking number. *Please note that taxes and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. Sur mon x is also not responsible for delays caused by customs or lost packages.
Personalized Pickup
It is possible to avoid delivery costs by picking up your goods. You will need to be able to pick up your package. Indicate in your order that you wish to pick up your package and not have it delivered.
