Easy Returns
Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving the purchase. They must not have been used, and they must be intact and in perfect condition.

To return an item, please email us at surmonx@gmail.com with your order number to receive a confirmation. Returns are accepted for an exchange, store credit, or a refund and must be made within 10 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Returns without tags or in damaged condition will not be processed and will not be returned to the sender.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for return shipping costs.

All sale items are final sale.

We will refund the order, but not the original shipping fees, and the return shipping costs will be at your expense.

All items are described and photographed as accurately as possible to reflect their true value. If you have any questions about the item you’re interested in, please refer to our condition evaluation chart, or feel free to reach out to us. We will be happy to assist you.

We are not responsible for the post-sale of your item and do not offer warranties. We are not the manufacturers and do not know the history of second-hand items. We price items based on their quality and condition, as well as signs of wear. By ordering from our site, you agree to purchase a second-hand item. We cannot guarantee its durability.
