Do you know the #slow day? She exists!

For the majority of us, Sunday used to be a day off, but is that still the case? When I was little, the stores were closed, we didn't do much, we stayed with the family, we cooked, it was the very essence of slow. Are we now really too busy not to have at least one real day off?

I would like to reclaim this day, without feeling the guilt. Make this the day that will uplift and inspire the rest of the week by avoiding tiring household chores, catching up on work, and jaunts to the big malls. And this, to rather celebrate creative activities, walks in nature, strolling, good food and meetings with our loved ones, a question of reconnecting a little with what really matters!

So who will put up their "sorry we're closed" sign?
