Everyone experiences stress and of course we cannot completely eliminate it from our lives. It is an integral part of human life and although extremely unpleasant, it was necessary for our survival.

All in all, if we are able to clearly identify where the main sources of stress in our lives are coming from, then we may be able to minimize them and thus live a slightly smoother and more enjoyable life.

Personally, my main sources of stress are due to a lack of structure on my part. As my mind wanders constantly, I find it difficult to accomplish what should be a priority and suddenly when nothing is done in time I panic!

The beauty is that I know I am like this and I try somehow to organize what I have to do in order of importance so that I can let go of the superfluous and make time for what really matters.
